This hangboard is made from layered plywood by hand with every edge bevelled and sanded smooth for a more comfortable training experience. 

Multiple ways to incrementally train for all levels of experience

The hangboard rope can be wrapped around your feet for more incremental training for beginners or warm-ups. For more traditional training the board can be hung from any sturdy point.

Beginner Workout Routine

Remember when hanging to use good form. Make sure your shoulders are down and away from your ears while keeping your elbows slightly bent and try to maintain a straight back.

* The following routine can also be completed with the rope around your feet if you are not ready to start hanging. Remember when using this method to pull the board with your fingers as hard as you can.

  1. 10 second hang or 12 second pull
  2. 30 second rest
  3. Repeat steps 1-2 (x5)
  4. Rest for 3 minutes
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 (x2)

Try this routine for at least 3 days a week on any holds that feel comfortable. Move on to other holds as finger strength increases and then on to 3 finger, 2 finger and even 1 finger holds.
